All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

3. Pricing

Prices are displayed in EUR (€) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.

4. Pre-Orders

All products are currently sold on a pre-order basis. By placing an order, you agree to the estimated delivery window of 2–3 weeks.

5. Product Descriptions

We strive to provide accurate product descriptions. However, colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings or lighting.

Returns & Refunds Policy

At Belle Beauty, your safety and satisfaction are our highest priority. Due to the hygienic nature of cosmetic products, returns and cancellations are handled with care and clarity:

Returns

You may return your order within 14 days of delivery only if the product is unused, unopened, and the hygiene seal is fully intact.
Once the seal is broken or removed, the item is no longer eligible for return, in accordance with Article 16(e) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU, which excludes opened cosmetic products from the right of withdrawal for health and hygiene reasons.

Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped. If you need help before your order is dispatched, please reach out to us as soon as possible.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
We will offer a replacement or refund based on photographic proof.

Unclaimed Packages

If an order is not collected and is returned to us as unclaimed, the customer is responsible for covering the reshipping cost. A €10 handling and reshipping fee will be charged if the order is to be resent.

If the customer chooses not to have the order resent, a refund will be issued for the product(s) only, minus the original shipping and handling costs.
